Description

When I have a bit of spare time, I play. It doesnt become bigger painting, Not enough time these days, but I have a big need to be creative, so I create MINI-art. Collages and scripplings and so. It takes time too, but I do it bit by bit in the late evening, when I am to tired for anything else. Thanks for having a looksie. :)

You are so right Helle:)! I love the simplicity of this piece that is so profound in the meaning....and in reality, it is so easy not appreciate the little things, with all the burdens that we have around so often...and we turn our back to a little stone that shines so beautiful in the ground...and we don't imagine what we are losing each minute, when we do that!! An amazing, simply amazing, piece of work at your talented mind and hands, Helle. I got the message. I awake every morning with the intention of finding beauty and then photographing it. Then again, I also photograph ugly stuff if its available.

Andrea must not have gotten the ebot for this, because I think she'd have loved it. I told you your montage and smaller paintings would get delighted responses. I love the light on the girl's hair, and the city back there, and the fireworks and the very etch-like flower and butterflied, and other fragments (maps, which you use as decoration!) ANd the message comes across loud and clear, with ease and delight. These pages of yours are delightful, and they use the wonderful play of your pop art with your montage, and just loving heart. A real delight.

(ps---Harry says "I also photograph ugly stuff if it's available"---he makes an art of ugly stuff, finding all kinds of worlds and visual statements in them.)
