I forgot to mention, the bird is 'free hawk' by Adam Thwaites, and comes from http://www.most-digital-creations.com/freestuff.htm I put a stone texture on it and made the base, and the crown is by 3d fineries: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/atef-crown-for-m4/64914
