Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

A beautiful capture of this very pretty flower.
I know what you mean about the food these days, it seems the less you get, the more you pay, which is why we seldom eat out. I can do much better at home. You sound to have had a bad day. ☺

Crackerjack pic of the chestnut bloom and background of great foliage, Helle. Sorry about your restaurant experience, the parking ticket and the heat. Bad things happen all at once. The best thing is to eat at home. And, 35 Celsius degrees today in my patio.

WOW - this is a vision I haven't seen for many, many years (when I was a kid in Germany), here in OZ I had never seen: 'einen Kastanienbaum' ! and I must say, I do miss seeing this amazing vision of those flower 'candles' now - it brings back all sorts of memories - thanks Helle for sharing this with me and the rest of our RR - members here.

What a shame about the meal! You must warn other people about that place. This is a lovely photo of these marvellous blooms. Evidently the pink variety don't suffer as much from the chestnut leaf miner.

Superb capture Helle. God bless.

I used to have to rake those nuts and their spiky hulls out of our grass. As pretty as the flowers are I am glad I no longer have to do that job.
