Description
Los Hervideros is a series of bizarre-shaped cliffs in the South-West of the Island, not far form a popular tourist resort called Playa Blanca.
The force of the Atlantic ocean shaped this coast together with the many vulcanoes that once formed formidable rock formations and caves on the sea side. One is visible at this photograph.
Apart from the strange shapes.. notice the strange colors of the mountains in the distance. In fact those are volcanoes that were very much alive almost 300 years ago.
