Description
Captured back on 11/7/10, at a Renaissance Faire held at Felicita County Park, 742, in semi beautiful Escondido, California.
Well worth a ZOOM.
Note: This Faire is not to be confused with the one I attended, and posted photos from, at the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area in semi beautiful Irwindale, California, on 4/27/14.

I'm picking up where I left off last time. I may not make it to an hour, but at least I'll start getting back into your work again. Next time, I'll jump ahead to your recent shots. But for now...
A loving portrait, I love the tilt of the lady's head, she looks loving and patient. And the shadow over her face---from her hat---is beautiful. You caught her against a dark background, which was perfect to set her off, incl those peacock feathers on her hat. (I assume those belong to her.) All very well composed, with that pirate-looking girl and the big dude to her right, and the open space to her left. (With a modern handicapped parking icon. Love the juxtaposition of historical periods.) You got the dark upper half perfectly, it sets off the strong light on her, and also sets off her shadows. Nice bird, btw: Not the kind you'd keep in a petite cage! I know falcons have been prized for centuries...A delicate and fine portrait, Harry.
