Description

In our garden on the Tradescantia flowers, I saw this colourful event. As in Germany, and perhaps in England too, we have an abundance off rain water, ánd snails. A pity we don't like snails on our plat ;-). Thank you very much for your attention. Please ZOOM.

Stellar image Jacomina - such clarity! I envy you your summer - it is winter down south now and not very pleasant!

Fantastic picture my friend, We are getting a few slugs and are having to watch our dog like a hawk as he tries to eat them and they can give him lungworm as can snails and frogs it is a worry that's for sure.

Great timing Mies, awesome macro shot of these two drinking at the same water "hole" as it were in your garden.

We were plagued with Army Worms hanging off tree leaves, some falling on the ground like welcome mats, being stomped on leaving a greasy slippery path to walk on. UGH.

Some areas infected worse than others around town. They crawl up the side of buildings in groups and look so creepy, crawly and ugly.

They must be related to the horrible slugs--- they are creepy, crawly and ugly too !

Wow! what a shot! Twin flowers with twin insects. Two for the price of one. Besides that the photo turned out perfect.
I have been wondering how you were with all the water you have been having in your area of the country. And I was not thinking about slugs. I am glad to know you have not been flooded out.
