Some comments on my last post noted that Fuster's art was a little too much for them. Well, as Woody Harrelson said in the film “Natural Born Killers”, you ain’t seen nothing yet! This is his front yard.

What a visual feast! It is so joyful that indigestion may be averted.

This kind of art is a matter of taste. I like the colorfulness & exuberance of it (as well as admiring the amount of work & dedication that went into it), but prefer more carefully crafted & refined work. Vive la difference...

Well, on Claude's 'difference', I love this place! Not a great place to meditate maybe, but I love the cacophony and carnival of it, it's t big inner-court street fair. And I gotta say it again, you composed/cropped it with definite "tops" of walls or whatever they are, on the top; and then a descent into a shadowed kind of 'end' place on the bottom. Everything peters out down there. I really like that. Plus you got lots of detail too. Looks like it was a gray day---tough light---but the picture shines. People gotta zoom this---it takes up a small suburb, but it really brings home the hugeness of this guy's sense of play. Delightful! (Again my grandfather, and maybe yours as well: "Vat kind meshugeneh place is diss???") Love it.

Shades of Frida Kahlo, the Mexican painter came to mind, when I first saw this image, the same happy and bright colours, in other words brilliant, but original art...
