I simply cant remember the name of this lovely bush. I bet Andrea knows it? .......... AHH thank you so much, Andrea :) FULL size is lovely and it is taken with my Galazy Note 4 smartphone. Have a lovely weekend. We have the most gorgeous weather with almost no wind and not very warm. :) Thank you for viewing and commenting :)

Hehe! Yes it's Physocarpus opulifolius 'Diabolo' and I'm envious because I managed to kill mine! I think the Americans call it 'Ninebark'. I had a huge one of the ordinary green leaved sort, which was covered in insects all summer, but I forgot to keep it pruned and eventually it completely blocked a path and had to go. Such a shame. maybe I'll get another.

Thank you so much Andrea. Yes, it is pretty just now, but i am not so happy for the dark leaves, only these day, where the flowers are standing out, because of the dark leaves :) sorry you had to cut yours away. l will change the name on the title now :) Thank you :)

Loverly capture of a species of plant I'm unfamiliar with, Helle. I don't know about the rest of its name, but Diabolo means the Devil, or a game in which a two-headed top is thrown up and caught with a string stretched between two sticks.
