I could see where getting on would be a challenge, but I'd be more worried about getting off...

Harry, I'm just doing one tonight, just to show you I hadn't forgotten; and I'll be back for more in the next few days. (I've been in the hospital for tests and such, and there was talk of surgery for my neck and shoulder pain...but i don't think I'll be going that route.) I was going to pick one of your wonderful car shots---great to see you return to that topic with such intensity---but this was simpler, so I chose this for tonight.
I said "simpler," but it's not simple at all: A wonderful mixed composition of verticals and massed objects and horizontals. And your foreground is that beautiful brick sidewalk/road, with the driver right in the middle of it all. A wonderful juxtaposition, because he's pure center, so picturesque and so perfectly posed (even though he's not posing)---yet the background is a real montage of all kinds of stuff, including what looks like a crypt (the red brick building left of center---I doubt it's a crypt). The light is beautiful, and the shade is beautiful as well...Against which the man stands out, in his whites and that cream colored penny-farthing, and his red striped shirt---a beautiful centerpiece. You've done beautiful work with this subject. Beautiful. I'll be back for more soon...
(ps---I saw those cars in helle's gallery---can you believe those are in Copenhagen???)
