A photo from May which I forgot to post. These little insects have short bodies and very long wings which always make me think of Victorian cloaks. See a very different insect Here

He's wearing his tails but seems to have forgotten his top hat. Perhaps the specimen in your other photo just felt like hanging out. Both are terrific close ups.
