Here is my latest render
Rendered in Poser Pro 2016 with SuperFly and DoF,render took on single EVGA GTX Titan X SC 2 hours at size 1920x1200
For lighting I've used 3 point light setup(One area light,one spot light and one point light),no postwork and I've used DoF(Depth of Field)

Textures are from Addy@Dolly
