Having fun in DS. (never thought I'd say that again)
I rendered this with IRAY and with 3Delight.
Love the Iray, but it takes hours! And heats my machine to the 3rd level of hell. (overclocked gamer?)
Major difference. If you want to see, I'll be posting both for comparison on my FB page.

Beautiful Image! I think if You look in to the Iray Forums on DAZ and Rendo you will find why Your Renders Take Hours I have been doing Iray since it came out I had problems at first until I changed out my Graphics Card to a NIVIDA Compliant one less than $100 it made a huge difference and Overclocking doesn't Do noting But cause Excess Heat and cause other problems I wish I could take everybody by the hand and show what I Learned. Keep Your Cool and don't Go for Big Resource eating Renders until you are familiar how Iray works.

I just got my new laptop and have loaded DS 4.9 on it - I'm pretty impressed so far.. I've only done a couple test renders in Iray, but, wow! Now all I have to do is figure out what the hell I'm doing... LOL

And never into the wind :) Wonderful, all my renders now are with Iray CPU set for 2 hours (the default), not great and sometimes not acceptable but never overheats the graphics card, Lol ! Excellent work on this as always !!!!

Yeah, you really need a good Nvidia card with Iray, I have a 780ti, and some of mine take over an hour, BUT, they'd take the better part of a day with 3Delight.
