Outstanding! Excellent and sharp detail on the fly, and very nicely composed image with nice depth of field. The light background makes both the fly and the part of the plant it is sitting on stand out nicely. I also really like the diagonal orientation of the fly from far left upward, rather than the fly being right in the middle of the image. This orientation adds an interesting element to the picture because it allows the viewer to see that the stem is very thin and flexible and yet the fly clings to it and is able to hold on without falling off.
