Yes, this IS a man in a bath tub! Yes, it DID have water in it! Yes, it WAS being towed around our local park - and the rest of town - by a modified Vespa scooter! (I told you the Hat Fair is weird!). In case you were wondering - he was wearing boxer shorts :D ! I discovered that the other bath tub was because the water was heated by a portable oil stove (it might be July, but this is Britain and sometimes the weather's not all that warm!). There were two men and they and the baths were switched over when each one got cold. I caught them at changeover (those are bath robes hanging on the rail).
