Description

Now that the castle had quietened down, she wanted to make her escape. She loathed the idea of having to marry a man her father had chosen for her. Long before the foreign prince and his knights in their green and gold armours had arrived that evening, she had prepared to leave. She knew the secret passageway that would lead her out of her former home and to both her favourite riding dragon and to freedom. She nearly made it to the end of the corridor, when she heard heavy footsteps coming towards her. Instantly she knew, that these were not of ordinary men approaching. All she could hope for was that she could cast her spell fast enough to hide her and that the faint smell of magic would go unnoticed. (This is continuing the story of a previous render, surprisingly titled Well Laid Plan.)
