Description
After their brief sojourn on the planet New Caledonia, Herman, the Prime Mover, takes the boys,
Jeremy and Kyle on the next leg of their journey teaching them to be good observers of the
rules of the cosmos.
This next stop is to observe what happens when a planet has absolutely no redeeming values left.
Herman has done a thorough scan of this planet's inhabitants. They fail on every possible scale
as far as being worthy of redemption. They are full of avarice, excessive pride, hatred and
suspicion of their neighbors and an excessive desire for power.
Herman had hoped there were some individuals that might be spared on this planet but he didn't
find a single one. So, as much as he hates to do it, he allows them to destroy themselves. A
few choice words in the right places and the nuclear bombs begin to fly.
'I couldn't let these people escape into space and start spreading their corruption. They were
on the verge of developing that capability. No, it is far better to nip this kind of disease in
the bud before it starts to spread.'
Both Kyle and Jeremy are aghast at what they witness as the planet below them begins to glow
like a huge fireball. Explosions of unimaginable strength manifest themselves all over the
surface of the planet. Before long, there is nothing left below but a burned out cinder of
what once was a beautiful, life sustaining globe.
Kyle and Jeremy look at each other and you can almost read what they are thinking; is this
what is in store for our planet?

I hope they are out of range of the explosion
Faemike55
Impressive and sobering! Quite frankly, our planet doesn't need any outside 'suggestion' to initiate the self-destruction; we're quite capable of doing it on our own, thank you!

This scene gives one a lot to think about. Humanity has to somehow save itself.
