Very nice composition. Not so sure about the fog effect (or is it a vignette effect?), though. I think it's distracting us from this cute scene. Also, maybe a little more variety in the kitty texture? Maybe a gray or some other color to give us a little variety. Don't mean to sound critical, though. This is a nice start to a very cute scene.
