Get that man out of the studio and get him a drink or three. Take away his keys so he can't get back in to do any more reworks. Send him on a vacation with his family until the Editing Department is done and it's Premiere Night. Do it NOW before the cast revolts and strangles him or he dissolves into goo in his director's chair.
