Description

These vases and plates, copies of 450 BC classics, are mass-produced, but not in China, but hand-made in Greece. They are on display and for sale in a souvenir store within the Walled City of Rhodes. Thanks for that info. I know in Berlin they have what I consider ridiculous hours. Every noon, and most weekends early closings, except I think on Thursday, when the stores stay open longer. They are also closed on weekends, at least food stores.

@Virginie: Virginie, first of all 'Thank you' for commenting. To respond to your comment. These vases and plates are reasonably priced, and each one is stamped in the back with the information as to its origin. All the ones I bought say 'Hand made in Greece!
