Description
Princess Mari (short for Marionette) from the Marvel comic "The Micronauts"
The first comic I collected was brilliantly drawn by Micheal Golden for the first 12 issues, and he sure made
Princess Mari a hottie. Opening issue 13 and seeing the art had been taken over by Howard Chaykin was
without a doubt traumatizing.
Anyways, here's another picture of her with different hair, closer to what she should have, done with Luxrender.
Quite honestly, it turned out so much better, I'm thinking of deleting the old one, so thanks for the previous comments
and any new ones.
As always, thanks for having a look! ^^

You did a great job at bringing Mari to life! If only someone would make some Micronauts-themed props and characters for DAZ. I'd love a Biotron replica!

Thanks! I'm thinking of making either Baron Karza or Prince Acroyear next, but if there was enough interest mayyyybe a Biotron, we'll see.

OH WOW! This is awesome! i loved Michael Golden's work on this series when it came out, and you have done a great job of capturing her spirit here. I love Howard Chaykin, but just didn't like his work on that series.
You really captured the textures very nicely, by the way. I'm seriously impressed with how clean you got the lines.
Also, please NEVER delete old work. We all need to remember where we came from and what we've done in the past to appreciate where we are going.

I remember those comics! They were awesome. I used to collect the toys as well. I bought one recently off ebay.
