Beauty, intelligence and brawn... I love it!
I like your father's philosophy, I've worked for too many that inherited the family business without the slightest idea about what it really takes to make things run. They're not around very long and it's always the workers that suffer the most.
Remember, it's the low man on the totem pole that's the most important... he holds everybody else up.
Marvelous image!

Thank you!
Dad told me the story of the totem pole when I was a young girl and you're absolutely right. It's a pity in today's business world, that the person on top, too often forgets that it's the people below him/her that support them on their shoulders.
One day, I'll be that person on top (again, not too soon, I pray) and I won't forget.

Reading, about your Dads philosophy, I wish , my bosses would be like that and with him as your teacher, I'm sure, you will do great one day... Nice work!

Dad always believed in treating others as you want to be treated and honor is a non-negotiable commodity. He instilled that in me from day one. He told me once that just because it's legal to do certain things in business, it's not always the right thing to do.
Our employees are family, we can't live without them and we don't let them forget that. Our senior guide (an old Army buddy of Dad's) has been with Dad since the beginning (almost 25 years)... I have often gone to him for advise on many things about the field operational end of the business. I'll miss him when he retires.

Great scene !!! There must either be some serious number crunching going on or else she's watching the graininess dissolve in her IRAY rendering ! ! !
