I didn't "see" this smile much...as I talked to her on skype and through emails...but that smile came through every word she said or typed. She was a beautiful soul...and I was honored to know her. I just wish it had been for a longer time......XOXOXO's

She was definitely one of a kind. Her beautiful soul shone bright, and will forever.

This makes me be much more in love with her soul and her art and much much more angry about losing her. She sure is in a better place but we miss her so much...

What happened - it is a great mistake of life itself. It should not have happened. We will remember her and her love for life and her kindness...

Truly a lovely person, and so young and full of life. So sad.. Does anyone know what happened? She left a legacy that will live on through all of us.

To say that this is a tragic event is an understatement. Although I have been aware of her work over the years I didn't get to actually know her until fairly recently. She participated in a journal entry I had made over at DeviantArt about transmapped hair and How I felt most transmapped hair doesn't even allow you to turn the head left or right without looking terrible. She agreed and we talked about a good solution. That was one of the few times a vendor has actually reached out publicly to me looking for suggestions to help make her products even better than they already were. I found her both humble and gracious with her remarks. As I said... I never really got the chance to know her or much about her but I already miss this very special person and we as a community will miss her for years to come. My heart goes out to her family and closest friends.

Some people are too good for this world.. that´s what I make of the ones who leave us too soon... They graduate in life... in Joanna'a case, she graduated with honors.

Eu não entendo .... tão jovem e linda !! Um coração de ouro ..... Triste a noticia desta perda !! Que ela esteja em paz e junto daqueles que farão desta nova jornada uma experiencia cheia de amor e que a saudade que deixou aqui seja uma lembrança de tudo o que ela fez por todos que aqui deixou !!

Yes she was a big sweetie and will be missed by all.

Sad Story! Her Face remind me to my auntie "Maziah", The wife of Mr. Ali Rachman Poetra Bakoeng. So much Similarity except she's probably younger than my auntie.

Everyone said it well, we are all devastated. She was our bright light. Jenn you said it right: you can actually SEE her big smile thru every words she said, even written words. She breathed love and passion and trasmitted a sense of joy and peace hard to describe. I will love you forever dear Jo. <3 We will be together on a splendid beach one day.

Looks like she used her own hair for creation. Her products were truly inspirational.

Seven years ago, the devastating news about Joanna having left us. As if it were only yesterday... Today, seven years later, I stumble upon her "Beautiful Smile..." accidentally here in Jenn's gallery, and it makes me visit the Renderosity Memorials page, to visit and think about her and other friends, who have influenced my life with Poser for around 20 years and had always been there to share their knowledge and help each others. Between them my dear friend Mausel, Ralf Sessler, Simon Schild, Ute Mulrooney, and how could I forget to mention Lisa Marie Buckalew who mad Poser's flowers come alive like in Paradise. May they all rest in peace. Those of us who knew them can never forget them. Charlie
