Description

Got her done... The texture is a bit pale and lighter in the brows than the original test character. But, I still plan to include the heavier brows and makeup option. You'd be amazed at just how much time tweaking textures can take. I think I tried out about 10 eyebrow combinations alone. This is the first of 3 almost identical images to test lighting. This one is with both HDRI skydome and scene lights. The next 2 will be each type of lighting by themselves. Let me know which style you think looks best.

I think this lighting is pretty much what a professional photographer would do either with a reflector, or additional portable lights in a standard location portrait shoot. This setup is using a mesh light to the left with enough strength to fill in the shadows and add catch lights.

Thanks! I keep trying to get these renders to look if not "real," at least what I would call "real unto themselves." I mean, I hope that the render will look whole and finished, if that makes any sense...LOL I haven't quite nailed it. But, I keep trying. I really appreciate you taking the time to look it over.
