Description

we had a thunderstorm that came through last evening and of course I was outside taking pictures. I seen a SouthWest airline flying by and I turned my camera to it. well while shooting I seen another object in the sky. it was moving fast with the wind and after the jet went by it started losing altitude rapidly. first impression looking on my computer was a cloth napkin shaped into what ever. the speed that it fell would seem to make it too heavy to be just paper. what do you think?

Looks like a bird with half folded wings, tail not visible, head to the right. But in this day and age of weird things/occurences, it could be something ejected from the plane (like frozen toilet waste water, but usually NOT over land!). Could you see where it landed? Could have been an interesting photo. Keep up the good work! :-)

It could have been a napkin or other paper that got caught in a downdraft or odd wind current to explain the rapid descent. Or the strangest looking UFO ever captured...

Cool shot in any case, Richard!
