Description
Call it a stellar trailer park- mining colony made out of old freight cars. Also, a test I did for using Carrara particles as Ray Dream greebling. Rejected from TAC, so it's free for anyone who for some reason wants it...

LOL; I'm sitting here working on a render right now that I was going to call "Station"... Time to start the Twilight Zone music--Halloween HAS arrived!

the station might be represented more dramatically if the camera was close to one of the elements - close enough to see some incredible detail - then the ring circles out in perspective and we get a sense of its huge scale. Great background - was that done in photoshop or C?

I would, but right now the individual parts on the station are little more than black rhomboids. As I said, it's the medium-res stage, just some Carrara particles ported into RDS, thickened, and modified to look good. The background's Glitterato.
