Description

.... If you keep giving me that flirty look, you're gonna get us both in trouble! Just a bit of fiddling around (ahem) with Vicky 7. I'm starting to get used to DS 4.9 - the hardest part is figuring out where to find all the "stuff." LOL I'm still thinking in terms of Poser - it's just a matter of getting used to how things are laid out, but there are a lot of similarities. I have to say, the more I mess with DS, the more impressed I am. Background photo by me. I had a bit of a break, and took Monday off from work - floating holiday. It felt good to not have to spend the day crawling around on the floor fixing printers. I think I'm going to look into retiring soon.... Hope everyone has a great week! Thanks for dropping by and for all your comments and support! More fun coming soon!

DS has some pluses some minuses and a few things a little backwards from Poser all depends on what you are using it for!

I think your foolin' around is paying off, Rod. Looks really good. It also looks like you left the camera spot light on when you rendered Vicky (a common mistake). On a bright sunny day as it appears, you need a little heavier ground shadow. This does make for a wonderful studio shot, though! Glad to see you exploring different things in your artwork. Have a good one yourself and really consider retirement. . . it's better than advertised! (LOL)

I had the same trouble but found that Daz was easy to find your stuff once you get your head around it. Great image and have a good week :)

great and sexy pinup. you nailed the realism. I miss the financial part of working, but not the situations of requiring one to be on the floor

Daz3 was much easier but Daz 4.9 has it pluses..Still prefer Poser as use to it..Now if I could only get motivated to do a render..

A great background for this beautiful young lady that you have posed so well. You will love being retired though I can't believe how fast the days go and I never have enough time to fit everything in. 😄

Yeah DS is pretty good when you get used to it, I really like Iray but I do miss a lot of things on Posers toolset though. Yes, do NOT forget to turn OFF the camera spotlight (under camera parameters tab). It will flatten out your lighting.

I had to look twice, that's not G2 or G3! Who are you and what have you done with Rod!

Nice work Rod! It is hard to tell what's a photo and what is not. She's a real beauty.

I found myself downloading DAZ as well. There's so much Genesis 3 content out there and the IRAY renders look good, so I'm going to see what I can do.

GEE! I must have missed this due to a big scaredy fellow being chased by an irate naked woman with a very big frying pan! Sheesh! I almost got hit as collateral damage! At least now I see a beautiful dame at a pool side. V7? Sheesh - how many Vs are there? I lost count after V4! Thanks for the beautiful job! Your renders have me wondering how to get Poser figures and scenes into DAZStudio for rendering without having to configure everything for DAZ (poses, lights, cameras, etc.....). Keep up the good work! :-)

Rubbing a sore spot on my head - how did IT get there? 😜
