Description

There are two ending versions; 1. Chocorua was killed by the settler when he took revenge on the settler's wife and son. 2. Rather than be captured or killed by the settler, Chocorua threw himself off the mountain top. Either way, a mountain, lake and village are named in his honor. Wow, this epic Native American work is so intriguing. I love how legend is born over time. I am so sorry it has been this long since I commented. Perhaps as long as a the month of August. Life has gotten in the way of Art. I will now love going through your gallery to see what I have missed.
