Description
I have to ask myself when I look at scenes like this, and wonder - where is everyone so caught up in going at the moment? Home? Shopping after work for things they need to rush home and make for dinner? Unscrupulous behavior even perhaps? I just love the new perspectives from my drone Leonardo. 266 feet for this evenings flight five blocks over. Tomorrow I am going back into Woonsocket if my migraines allow me after the stressful day I had today, but when I did this flight, I always feel better afterwards so I just wanted to share this new perspective with you all.
The road I am flying over is Great Road, looking towards the intersection at South Main Street and Union Cemetery is at the top of the photo. Enjoy everyone. Have a great night! It was actually quite busy with traffic tonight! Enjoyed the sights below.

Unique and interesting perspective. I used to have dreams of flying around my neighborhood (without a plane) and this was exactly the view I'd get. I must have been a few years ahead of time:-)

Thanks! Glad you like it! Not sure if you are into research on this stuff, but it may have been an out of body experience you were having. Nothing to be scared of, happens to people all the time!

I really love such aerial captures. when the weather clears here I will seriously think about going to a small airport to take another ride

I know what you said about equipment Richard, but if you get a drone, you'll always have that ride to go on and you're able to take off right from your driveway. DJI drones have assisted hover so you don't have to worry about drifting all over the place to and they just hover by GPS and drift only with in centimeters of their position. It's an amazing machine.

An excellent shot! Yeah, I think Richard needs to get a drone! LOL You must have a Phantom.... DJI's drones are excellent - i've got 2 of 'em.

There yah go Rod! Glad to see a fellow drone pilot among us! I'm doing a long range mod so I can get 45 minutes of flight time with it as well. Have the new antennas from FPVLR that can get 9 miles range instead of the 3. They're awesome, aren't they man?
