I used to swim a few hundred yards when ever I went in the sea, but nowadays I'm more likely just to 'bob up and down' and relax. I'm not certain I'm strong enough to bodyboard any more either! I enjoyed a little digifiddle with this, see another without Here

Bobbing around on a pool noodle is my favorite winter activity! I walk maybe 20 miles a week while we're in Texas, but my hours of pool-noodle bobbing far exceed the number of hours I walk. :P
