I suppose this also happens in other capitals. Attach the frame is insufficient must also attach the wheels to the frame.

Bicycle in Lund, Sweden (population 100,000). Over 3,000 per year. Why I no longer have a bike. Sad.

dobermans and a pet coyote here in the backwoods. my bike just sits on the porch, but anyone is welcome to try. lol this is indeed a sad testament of this world.
