writers block.. thinking about some other thing.. the bare room pulls you to the table and the typewriter and her solitude asks what else is she seeing or doing.. is someone sitting in front of her we don't see and is she involved in listening to them.. the flooring gives the picture depth and the clothing makes this her home.. unencumbered by personal effects.. is that her writing method.. does she empty the space in order to only think of the story.. it's a bright ceiling light as the shadow brings out..
