Description

We go back to 11 May 1964 at Palmdale, California... Workers of the Palmdale factory of North American Aviation are pouring out to see the new aircraft they have assembled... The XB-70. Isn't it beautiful? It was the highlight of aviation engineering. It was a time with no limits. All was possible and jets became faster and faster and reached the magical Mach 3 barrier...

Excellent scene and very nicely executed!! The XB-70 model is very impressive, but including the North American hangars and employee crowd for the roll-out puts it over the top! I really like this a lot. It's an ambitious scene that really turned out fantastic.
