Lautrec (Tarn, France) is a small walled city founded in 940. She was touched by the Crusades against the Albigensians. The region of Lautrec is known for its production of pink garlic.

A very inviting entrance to this castle. But I think it was once not so inviting - I see slits openings for archers and the larger one was maybe for dropping things on invaders - interesting structure and a great capture my friend

Lautrec was one of the chateau's in the Gironde I learned in winery. You must be close to the famous vineyards and the places the famous Henri Toulouse de Lautrec made his beautiful paintings
