Hi There =) ! Thank you for the wonderful wonderful comments and favs and likes on my renders. Miho was back in one of her research station on an remote island. Even though she was really really busy she still liked to take short breaks and go kayaking or swimming whenever she could. It helped her de-stress... Today was a really bright and sunny day and she had been looking forward to taking that break and go kayaking... She completed what she was doing and headed out to change into a bikini and get the kayak out. No matter where Miho went she seem to have this bond with animals.... Here there were dolphins that would come out and swim next to her whenever she went swimming or kayaking. I suspected that not only she had this bond with them, she actually had the ability to communicate with them... I had finished my part a little later and had decide to join her in kayaking. As I approached where she was, I saw the dolphin next to her. Have seen that dolphin around Miho many times now. They really seem to be chatting away happily... Both turned to looked towards me as I got close... Miho smiled.... I waved and smiled... Happy to be with her... but I couldn't help but wonder what is that they were chatting about and how she was able to communicate with them...... About this render: Well, I myself was too busy with work for the past couple of days... Hence no uploads or time to comment on your uploads. Found some time today and was wondering what to render. I was working on something but decided not to post that yet. So had to think of putting Miho in another scene. Thought of continuing with using props I have never used before. Came across the kayak and that gave me the idea. I remembered having bought a dolphin a long long time back. Found that and put it in the scene. Also found I had a water prop that had these nice boat waves and ripples in it. I positioned the kayak in the middle of the wake waves. Added some water drop props in front of the kayak and the dolphin to add a bit of ripple water foam. Then used a shallow DOF to take those out of focus... I probably need to make my own water foam prop... or use Vue to do it. What I used was not that good hence the shallow DOF to kinda make them fuzzy. Also the dolphin texture was horrible. I think what saved it was changing the material type to glossy from diffuse and giving it a high gloss finish for the wet look. Think the dolphin looks okay I think. Hope you all like the render !
