Description

This was taken at this years Flying Legends at very long range, it was tucked away in the far corner of the field.. Did they not want people to know they'd used the aircraft to go to Legends? I mean the Antarctic is kinda FAR!!!:?? Its a De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter. Rob If you go to my Facebook page there is a KILLER VIDEO on it (just loaded), its from War Thunder and its of in game footage (Sim & Arcade games). Recommended just because its so damn cool.. (look up Robert Large).

These flew in regularly to Long Beach in the 60's and 70's after Los Angeles Airways lost it's big commercial helicopter. Next they showed up at John Wayne in Orange County.

A fine plane for Alaska bush pilots too. You got a nice sharp photo for max distance. Way to go.
