Taken in the Hoh Rain Forest. I'm not sure what they are - they look like little ferns, but I know that there are mosses that resemble ferns. Clearly, plant identification is not something in which I have any expertise...

Oh dear. Well, it's clearly some sort of epiphyte! I think it's moss, although there are air ferns in the Hoh that are pretty amazing. If I had to put money on it, I'd vote for moss.
