This render took way too long for me. Had lots of issues with noise, and I still haven't got it cleaned up. A little gaussian blur and a layer mask helps knock it back, but the nik processing seems to have brought it back. Although, it is all over the image instead of just the figure, so I guess that's an improvement. In as much as there's more to this little adventure, I'll move on and try and make the future images better.

But think of the fun you'd have slowly and with many accidents in your efforts to remove it! Thanks for sharing.

Sometimes you got to let it render for a longer time to clear up the noise. For me, whenever I use water in my scene, I have noise problems. My general render times for my uploads are between 2 to 5 minutes. But the last one with Miho and her friend standing in the water, took around 40 minutes to produce a clean image.

Thanks rajib. I wish I had 40 minute renders - I'm using an AMD powered 2011 laptop, so my iray render times are in the neighbourhood of 3 to 4 hours for this scene. Hopefully when I can afford to upgrade, I'll find a better solution. Until then, I'll just have fun learning and playing around. :)
