This is really a packed image, a cornucopia; and you managed it with real balance. It's always hard to make a 'whole' out of so much stuff; but this feels like a big bouquet of life, sitting on branch (?), maybe even in a planter. In any case, the balance of light and dark is stunning; and the clarity on all the stuff around this woman is stunning too. What an array of butterflies, flowers, dried flowers, berries, leaves, branches and so on. And the butterflies have elaborate patterns, almost like fine textiles. And so many angles. I do almost no 3D art (I come from drawing and painting only), so, to me, positioning all these angles, with all the different light and shades, is dizzying. The light on the woman's head, and on everything on top of it, is wonderful. And it makes great contrast with all the dark surrounding it. On the bottom, you have a 'lap' of fabric, leaves, and flowers---with that huge red flower in the bottom-center, with its luminous stamen section. It looks like everyone and everything is presented as a huge wreath. Beautifully done, and very rich. Even your signature is in pure gold. (And, again, full size is a must. The detail demands it.)
Dee, I'm at an hour and 30 minutes, so I must go. I didn't get out pf September, but that's because I didn't want to skip too many images. I hope to be back before I step down again, but it's a pleasure to see your imagination at work, what new places it will go, and to see your dance. I wish you a fine week!
