Description
The giant leaves of Musa Ensete ventricosum 'Maurelii' in my garden.
Also known as the Red Abyssian Banana.

when you first posted this, I didn't see the flickr version: Both are equally beautiful. The light is splendid, and the contrasts are splendid too. Your filtering brings out the striations and veins and 'topography' of the leaves. And you have those 'colonies' again, which is one of your digital trademarks. A beautiful view of nature; and the background---with all those little cells of green and yellow and white, etc---is wonderfully rich and active. A living background.
The big chunk of red-brown---top left corner---is a fine balance to the bright hues elsewhere. Really well composed.
