My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Ah, the idea of traveling and seeing all kinds of cool things, including this nicely/deliciously/scrumptiously moody stairway landing; it makes me think of those long-ago and faraway days on the other side of the Atlantic. I love how you got both the light and the shadow to cooperate: that's always a fun challenge and you nailed it here and to top it off, the colors are wonderfully subtle...the yellow/greens are such a great compliment to the shadows and implied wood-tones. And the mood is just begging for a story or two or three or four...this one photo evokes all kinds of things. That's what really stands out with this photo: so much is implied!

Love the subtle light on the stair rails here. You picked the perfect time to visit New England - I'm looking forward to some spectacular photos of the fall foliage from Bill & you when you return...

Aah, what a lovely detail this is, my friend. It's if the sun shines in a very surprising way. Have fun on your way, visiting; how great you both can do that, Tara (ánd Bill of course )
