This is a bit of an update. From humble beginnings my photography is steadily improving.I started out with a Kodak point and shoot camera and progressed to a Sony A-200 Digital SLR camera.Other equipment that i currently have is the following: Tamron 70-300mm lens. This is really a fantastic shot, Christo. I just love all the (red) textures, so clear to see on your photo. This is a very good image to put in the Unusual subjects "eye for an eye challenge" in the photo-forum. Unusual Subjects, eye for an eye (btw, thank you so much for the link you posted under my last upload, it's very much appreciated, Christo. The colours indeed are similar, but the size, plus the antennae don't fit to it. Karel still thinks it's the Lymantria Monacha)
