I did ask myselve the same thing, it must have been very noisy and felt oppressed.It was very primitive at that time.Thanks for the comment,salute Gerrit.

Wow! Another great photo. Excellent paint job! I've been in a German Leopard 2 and a Soviet tracked amphibious troop transport. My shoulders got stuck in the transport - I had to wiggle free! This photo sure conveys the cramped inside of the French tank. One positive thing was the armor was thick and could stand against the German 37 mm. anti-tank gun (but not anything bigger). Keep up the good work! :-)
