I have been drawing for about 7 years now and went from bryce to 3dsmax to Cinema 4D. I love drawing and modeling on the PC much more than conventional art tools, but that is just my opinion. I love looking at other artist work as a way to get ideas on how to improve my own style. I am a professional artist and have done numerous things including borad games, Album Covers, Medical Drawings and Animations, Character Design, Texure Painting Ect. I have been published in several magazines and you can check out more of my work in "CINEMA 4D : The Artist's Project Sourcebook" Available at most fine book sellers.

They are stupid. I think everyone have to be able to express them selves as artists. This means that only yourself can and shall djudge what is right and wrong, good or bad. This submission is as good as any other. Its a very humanitarian trap. :))

I agree, G, although I enjoy working on renders for these contests very much, sometimes the powers that be enjoy playing God over their digital domain. This deserved to be in the contest every bit as much as the other entries. Nice work! PS - Your mouse is 100 times better than mine! AARRGGHH!

I ALMOST entered this one, and saw that fine print about "technical" drawings. Pulled out. Half the fun of "designing" is the "technical" drawing..................;) Nice job. And I see you are a lover of animals considering the gentle manner of showing our rodent the door. 8)

I was not bothered by the rejection of this image at all, because I was aware of the rules beforehand, I think that if you are the one holding the contest then setting the rules and limitations is your option. What did upset me was that after being rejected I saw several other submissions that were also very technical in the same respects as mine. This to me seemed very unfair, But you know, the golden rule states that he who has the gold makes the rules. Maybe next time.
