Description
Hi There =) !
Thank you for the wonderful wonderful comments and favs and likes on my renders.
Some time had passed by since Miho's jungle adventure. She went and got her hair styled again. She was currently at a lovely location that had a few hundred year old buildings. She had made a deal with the local town council that she would help restore the building if the town council agreed to make it a learning center for both young and old and her other condition was no one was to be charged any money to come there. She told them her charities will take care of stocking books and maintaining the place. The town council had agreed to her conditions as they knew this would generate income for them in other ways. It had taken a month to reinforce and restore all the building and to stock it with with a wide range of books from across the world. Miho's idea was to let everyone have the opportunity to read and learn, whether young or old, about things and other cultures. It would open in a weeks time but today she was alone at the site to inspect it. She did her inspection and was satisfied with the restoration work. As a little pre-celebration she poured herself a glass of wine and walked outside admiring the whole site. She was happy and well lost in her thoughts......
About this render:
Just another side view of Miho. I feel she really looks beautiful or I should say gorgeous at this angle. I learned something new while doing this render. Applicable if you use Octane. When you do a render, enable Ambient light and Sunlight passes under the RenderPasses in the Octane Viewport. I found out that under the sunlight there where no reflection in her eyes and also the wine glass. Only under the ambient light they appeared and also the teeth was white in the ambient light and completely under shadows under the sunlight. So I needed to increase the power of the skymap I was using. Now using the sliders you can go to max 1. But you can always type an arbitrary number in the edit box. So I put 3 to increase the ambient light. The effect can then be checked under the Ambient light pass. This will allow you to play with the power of sunlight and ambient light to get the right balance of direct sunlight and ambient light (through a sky map in the Environment tab) for your scene. Remember to turn on reflection and refraction too in the Environment tab. But you got to be careful with the power of the sky map as if you increase it too much it may make the sky too white. Once you are happy with the light, turn off the passes to speed up the render, unless you want to export each pass separately and then merge in Photoshop / etc.
Hope you all like the render !
Rendered in Daz Studio using the Octane Plugin. No post work done. Do zoom in to see details.

Beautiful render ! ! !

I like the body language. Something with her eyes is catching my attention and I can't quite put my finger on it. You have a nice reflective surface...so it's driving me nuts trying to figure out why I'm zeroing in on it. Dunno. Maybe something with the whites of her eyes...shape or something.
But, as usual, lovely job. I wish I was half as good as you at this.
