Description
Third in a series of shots taken 9/16/16 by my nephew as he drove from Hobbs, New Mexico to Santa Fe, New Mexico. I don't know if he encountered any heavy rain during his trip, and I'm not sure if he took the pics while driving or having stopped. Maybe I should have asked. Anyway, with his permission I added various goodies to the scenes, this one with two automobiles, birds, and some lightning, all downloaded from the Internet. So all I did was create a composition.
A ZOOM would be to your distinct advantage.

Helle says she wouldn't even go outside (ie, in such weather). She doesn't live HERE, that's for sure! This is inspired silliness, with those two mini cars, tugging away in front of a big mother of a storm in the background, with eerie lightning (because it's big, but way back), and what looks like the start of a killer tornado. You've spaced this really well; and the birds---in gray silhouette---are omens of something bad. I love the choice of those cars, and the colors. I take it this was a motion shot, because of the blur in front: It makes the cars seem reeeeally calm and collected, because they show no wear or movement at all. A ton of fun...love those cars. (And is that red light underneath them, or were you playing around with hues, like they're on fire, or maybe they came straight out of hell...Love the colors against this dreary landscape.) Your nephew picked a helluva time to take shots, btw: This was a major storm!
