Love many things about this, Doug. Great pose and textures on the young lady (whoa!) On the full size view, it appears that just above the wheel wells and style line for the length of the car, the paint job seems to be kind of grainy, yes? I am just assuming that you didn't let the render "cook" quite long enough. When you do high caliber work, you need to get those details worked out. That being said, this is really a beautiful presentation and render.

Wonderful quality render. Like greywolf44 said got to pay attention to the small things. For me the tires are a bit too glossy. Other than that a great render.
