Hair has been soften just perfectly, everything is very well lit, I think that's the most important thing. She looks a little blank, but not too bad. It's a very very good render. and the pose is superb.

This render makes me think of ABBA, and I'm not entirely certain why...

Just how new are you? This looks very very good. And I wouldn't worry about the blank expression; I know a fair number of people who look that way all the time.
