Propaganda spin; A rave in the area included glowsticks, and a create of them was damaged. While it is completely harmless, we ask citizens to stay out of the area until it is cleaned up to avoid making a larger mess.

Grat image. I love the details from the damage, and the effects are great, how the light from the green energy beam actually reflects off the people.
