the fly is really large, but hard to tell in the pov. it does not look like a horsefly. it was so busy eating pollen it paid me no mind

Very nice flowers interesting looking fly I don't think it looks like a horse fly from you picture knowing the size of those flowers looks quite a large fly

And so The Wild Flower Gang has moved on to Arizona. My God in Heaven. Oh Richard. I only pray some of these don't turn up in your garden. And wow. That fly looks so big it could have flown off with your camera! Fantastic capture, buddy!

I think the bug is not actually a fly. Look at it's body. I think the thing is some kind of bee. The flowers look like they are jumping off the page....awesome!
