Description
One more variation on my original photo of redwood roots, this time with layer blending effects added to the filter layers. Possibly a design for an abstract, Oriental style rug?

or an oriental print, or even a silk painting. The frame brings a whole other dimension to it, and it's very well chosen. With the second border (the outermost border) giving it a definite mounted silk look, the way they do it in China, Korea and Japan. The red is a good choice, because it brings out the deeper reds of the original, and it picks up the energy too. This is a beautiful series, all around.
Claude, I'm at an hour, and I did around an hour before, so I did 2 hours here today, and I have to move on unfortunately. It's hard, because I want to comment on more, but time intrudes. Beautiful work once more, your eye is ever alive and committed. It's intensely committed to what it sees. Everything is alive in your gallery. The hues alone are alive. Wonderful work all around.
